At Hat Dudes, each hat is custom-made with care, just for you. As such, all sales are final.
We only accept returns in the following cases:
The item you received is defective
You received the wrong item
If you experience either of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hatdudes.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or custom design preferences.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
